When casting Soul Vortex say's the duration is 12 seconds long( if using max level) and the cool down is 10 seconds long. When using it the skill is finished and the cool down is about 33% of cool down. IDK if that's a text issue or such. 😢

noticed same thing, i timed how long it took from when vortex stopped until i could use it again, and it was 20 seconds, once I got a lot of cooldown it seemed to change since i could have use it as soon as it ended

why should it be deleted? when the skill ends its 33% cool down out of 100%.. meaning the cool down is suppose to be 10 seconds but its actually like 38 seconds.

yeah it seems like a description string error or a cooldown number error. Whichever it is, CD is 30s and the description says 10s
