It happened to me yesterday, if you play multi there is a way to fix it. But its not ideal. One player(except host) have to relog, after relog you are locked out of arena but you can hit him. After you lower his hp enough he will come back to arena, so other player(s) can finish him. The problem is the person who is out of arena will not be able to finish the run, nor get the loot. Yea it sucks...
