#Fan of Knives has incorrect mana cost at higher levels

I just noticed that at the last level, the cost to cast should be 25 mana, but it's actually 30. And the second to last upgrade level, the cost should be 15,but it's actually 25 mana.

yep, I noticed after the first upgrade despite it listing "10/10/..." that it now costs 15
