As above, the Enchanter will apply the same enchant to a piece of gear multiple times to a piece of gear but with no added benefit:

There is also no price listed for applying the enchants.

Just encountered this issue.
It eats your resources despite it showing a cost of 0

This should be fixed - i.e. disable you from clicking on the one your already have on that item
