#Character's death state persists upon disconnection/quit

Whenever a character dies, their death state is saved and isn't removed until everyone dies and goes back to town, meaning if the game crashes/quits or the connection is lost, your character dies instantly the next time you start it up.
On singleplayer this is trivial to fix, but on multiplayer this isn't as easy to work around.

As a funny consequence in the tutorial, this lets you skip the entire first part of the tutorial; spawning into the dialogue with the panicking villager.
