Yeah, i saw some rooms with buttons after creating this post. But can't say it was "most". More likely "some" 🙂 And most annoying ones with spikes usually don't have buttons.

the spike rooms without buttons have a pattern thats worth figuring out
then they aren't too bad

It seems like the first zone where the trap rooms show up I've had none with buttons that turn it off but when I get to the area with vines everywhere most the trap rooms have buttons
Yep, we really need to be able to turn traps off if we reach the end. If someone succeeded, that should be enough to be able to shut that room down.
Totally agreed, one of my favorite things about HOH1 was that my group of friends all naturally perfected different trap rooms, clearing them for the others'. This specialization was a lot of fun, especially solo where I'd go, "God I wish XYZ was here to clear this for me!". It really rewarded team play and gave squishy characters a chance to catch up without having to risk dying (again).
the traps at the moment are pretty crazy specially higher NG+ where u pretty much will be one shotted by most traps. mostly spike traps tho. this needs to be tweked imo these are run killers and yust not fun challenge to go to them. most of them have trinkets wich you wont take wich affect a bit to the later rooms.. this all my opinion 🙂
