#Looking for a server that people actually play together in

Im on PC and also in NA, altho otherwise it all sounds good ive played in like 3? 4? different servers the last few weeks and noticed the exact trend ur mentioning its either an old pre existing community that everyone just does their own thing/speedruns past everyone else OR people play for maybe a couple sessions then never show interest again lol
been like this for me past couple of months lol
This is kinda the meta with Valheim multiplayer. I’ve run a bunch of those community servers and I see this all the time. People usually wanna group up with their friends since a lot of the game requires closer collaboration than other games like Fortnite etc.. in Valheim you legit living together.
The best advice I can give is to just commit to a server and you’ll make friends naturally and eventually people will wanna group up. That’s what I’ve seen be the best method
Wish i could host dedicated myself but dont have the hardware/knowledge really.
The server I'm on currently with the vets they all live in separate parts of the map / world and progress solo I don't understand the point of the server if you play solo.
lol tbh this is the other reason people don’t play together. People get annoyed by the admin / server host and then just go their server. Then we’ve got another fragment of the community
+1 comrade, whats the point of playing together, if everything you do you gonna do alone 🍣
I’m this way as well, I play solo on a server with other people in the world.
It’s actually a lot more social than you would think. We trade items, group up for bosses, build shared infra, and pick each other up when we need help.
It’s really hard to get people to sync schedules and also progress at the same rate in this game so being on a server together means you can still play together but don’t have to be locked to each other schedule
i usually do the busy work/chores when people are off n when were on together we progress..
