I'm running with mods I like specifically, Mainly building and a few RPG mods.

Nothing too powerful.

Well... Maybe the Item Mult mod I use... Although thats just there for me to not suffer through the main loop for the thousandth time...

I also hate dying so I normally run with less player penalties.
