[EU] Looking for Group/Players, 2x or 3x resources Server

I have no Server right now, but wouldnt mind hosting one if enough people show interest

What im looking for:
EU Timezone (so people are online around the same time)
Server or Small group of 4-5 players max
People who're 18+ and with a life outside the game
Building focused/slow boss progression post Iron server
2x or 3x resources (Im too limited with time to spend hours daily grinding building materials)
