Hello everyone! I'm here to show you my latest build: a Chinese-style courtyard! There are some small creative details that I really love!

looks amazing! any ideas on how you built the under roof design with beams? that characteristic patterns this buildings has I always struggle to build and they look so good

beautiful build, reminds me of the forbidden city in Japan as well as elements from Pompei's courtyard type construction but my eye was immediately drawn to the rockery, beautiful build, trueely

This is called dougong (bracket sets), inspired by traditional Chinese architecture.
To build it, you need to reserve the width of the eaves in advance, then place wooden beams from top to bottom, slightly inward each layer to create a layered look. After that, add them to every load-bearing pillar.
You can give it a try! Also, a quick tip: hold down Shift to prevent your building pieces from snapping together.

I should have read the description before diving into the pictures but they caught my eye first as it looks so amazing, the two guardian lions at the front gate should have given me the clue immediately, my apologies, a most beautiful build
