This is called dougong (bracket sets), inspired by traditional Chinese architecture.
To build it, you need to reserve the width of the eaves in advance, then place wooden beams from top to bottom, slightly inward each layer to create a layered look. After that, add them to every load-bearing pillar.
You can give it a try! Also, a quick tip: hold down Shift to prevent your building pieces from snapping together.
