I got the Therzie package running to get more weapons, armors and also magic starting at black forest. Deep North is modded and has own enemies, resources + New Powers
Azumatt provided us with mods like Area repair, Crafty Boxes, PetPantry to feed animals and SkipSleep for Players who join later so they can easy ask the Server for "Sleep" in scary nights.
As this run is going to be a "farm" run agian.
Valheim Cuisine with +300 recipes for cooking, so food from early stages doesn't become useless fast and farms can be used longer. Planteasily and Planteverthing lets you create nice gardens around them. afk farms f.e. greydwarfs are fine for me too. (tnx to @tulip summit for all the cool vids.)
Dungeons are reset after 30 ingame days. Players can build a actual "Iron Base" in the swamps to get more iron for the crazy builds. Locations are reset +-once a week (manual word reset, 3 meter save zone around buildings), means all metal nodes and special locations (f.e. ashland castles) are coming back.
last but not least, there is epic loot. it lets you enchant weapons and armor and comes with a bounty system. once you accepted the bounty, you have to travel there an kill it/the mob.
The enchantments can make you very strong versus vanilla enemies, but there are bounties and some of them can be super hard.
some mods control progression. "player based raids" settings is not enough to keep fresh/late starters on the server save. i manage global- and playerkeys. Anti-Cheat, Server characters and seed protection are some mods to keep unfunny players away. So don't be scared if some boss-heads already hanging soon, you do you.
Savefile from server is uploaded weekly, so everyone can download the world all the time.
