Im unsure, because the other guy is on pc and if he's still interested then no. Also if your on pc then its fine i just dont know how to play on cross play how ever i want to play so im open to anyone hosting as long as we play enough

When you start up your world, if you bring up the pause menu there should be a join code at the top of the screen you share that code.
