Server I've been on for a month is shutting down tomorrow, and so I'm looking for another one. Currently doing the PTB, but would love to have a long term group that wants to build together, and explore together. I like making my own base elsewhere, but having a Town we all hang out in and work on is really great.
My preferences:
Fresh start, or nearly new. Not past Swamp, at least.
World modifiers of regular combat, regular portals, Player Based raids, resource rate at least 1 (ok with higher but no 0.50 plsssss)
Clientside QOL Mods allowed. I don't want a heavily modded server, I just like being able to use Plant Everything and a few other things.
No roles, I don't want to be told all I can do is one part of the game, and get kicked if I want to explore, or build or fight or farm.
Basic rules would be nice, no being a jerk, don't bring stuff from other worlds, don't ruin the world for people playing normally.
Boss kills on a schedule, or at least given a couple of days warning to prepare. Having people power through bosses in a few hours with gear from other worlds, and then ditch the server for everyone else to deal with the night spawns sucks.
I'm in Northern California, but have played with people from all over with little lag or issues, so server location isn't a big deal.
