New dedicated server looking for members. 21+

Hello everyone! Starting a fresh dedicated server and looking for new members. Played through mistlands some time ago and am looking to build a small community to build and progress through the game together. New and experienced players are welcome.

Hoping to build a shared village/town setup. Or have settlements built close to each other to foster a neighborhood/community feeling. I am active most days and nights.

What I’m hoping to find:

-Chill and mature community members who like to build and adventure together.

-Group progression when possible to maintain the fun and challenge.

-Starting with fresh characters.

Server settings:
-Hard combat
-Reduced death penalty
-Resources doubled
-Default Portals
-Map on

It sounds cozy!
But I always seem to lag if my base is close to others.. (because the first person in a sub-zone is the 'host' for that zone)
Is it a hard requirement to build close to eachother?

I was hoping to have settlements close enough to each other for us to easily visit one another. Country community vibes if that makes sense. That said, being a little apart so you don’t lag isn’t a problem.
