EU, looking for people/dedicated server to play.

EU (important, I don't enjoy lags), looking for people/dedicated server to play. I prefer no map + no portal settings, no/only/mostly QoL mods.
I'm an experienced mature player. Mostly active at nights, can play daily. Prefer to chat instead of voice, I can vc but will most likely be silent because I'm not the most communicative person in the world and my english is average at best.
