Enginuity Story suggestions

A place to suggest and develop the story for the Enginuity mod.

So far, I have the idea that the infestation is an interplanetary parasite that eats life.

It arrives on Gymus and begins to spread

The whole idea is inspired by the halo flood.

The other part of it is the Mechanicons, a group of space-steampunk robotic characters that were made to counter the infestation, but now lay in ruin, and the player has to repair them to activate certain machines.
