Add a way to change default material and color for blocks pre-placement.

(would be very goated if you could also add some toggle to disable reflection materials/surfaces for components pre-placement)

This would be cool. I recently had a problem where all my concrete blocks were transparent by default and always had to paint them which is double job for anything concrete 😅
