Mapping Yaw/Roll/Pitch doesn't work from gamepad, mapping others like back/forward/left/right/up/down works fine. Keyboard mappings to yaw/roll/pitch also work fine.

there is a key binding to toggle mouse look, by default you press on the right thumbstick
