Sometimes, if you get the parts ready to make a blueprint and you say place the computer down before building it, then take it back into inventory, the computer will glitch as a part and not be considered available for the blueprint, requiring a new computer. On starting today, the glitched computer from yesterday was counted when i tried to blueprint, I placed the computer on another build to check it, took it back into inventory and tried to blueprint again, was glitched (red), even though it was in my inventory. Repeatable. Tried a restart, that didnt fix it, so maybe because of the patch it fixed the computer from yesterday?

Not a bug. The blueprint system won't use a "used" computer.
You can make it available again by removing its HDD
