It would be sweet if I could send a toggle switch a 1 or 0 and physically reset it. For instance, once a miner has depleted an area, the computer could turn the physical switch off vs. just overriding it.

This functionality is already present with the Dashboard toggle buttons.
You need to aim at it and press V, Allow IO input
