Baltop not updating?

/baltop is not showing myself for whatever reason even though /balance shows that I have 10k 😕
Can't show a screenshot because I restarted the server and am now getting this error:

I set the balance but then it doesn't update, even on a server restart

in the userdata file it also shows 1 million

Deleting the userdata folder doesn't fix anything
