The PokerVR+ subscription is processed through the Meta payment system, and Meta will send the payment receipt to your email address on file.
Users may cancel any active subscription from:
- The Subscriptions settings in the Meta Horizon mobile app
- The Account tab in the Store in the Quest headset
- Their profile settings on the Meta Horizon Store website.
When you cancel, you retain the membership for the remainder of the 30 days, and access to the membership bonuses (including cosmetic outfits and additions) is disabled once your 30 days is complete.
If you wish to keep all of the cosmetic items from each season, be sure to keep your subscription active and current.
New subscribers don't get historic cosmetic outfits!
Subscription renews on the same day of the month each month, based on your original subscription date.
