make some of the free tournaments limit holdem so people cant go all in on the first hand

It's something you have to learn to manage in your own playstyle, just like on the cash tables.
It may be frustrating to know you "could have" won a hand but you folded out pre-flop so you didn't have to go all in, but that's poker....
Patience is part of the game, and forgetting your cards as soon as you fold will probably go a lot further than trying to find bet-limited games.
