Playing What the Golf on Steam. I still can't get the secret saw achievement. I have the saw on my 100% save file but it doesn't unlock on loading the game, on entering the main campaign, on going to the chest itself, or on going back to the trophy room.

I think I am on the newest version but I have no idea how to tell

...oh and the patch was dec 12
...okay so how do I download the newest version
oh, and the options, right. I took that out because it seemed to be fixed, but now it's happening again.
I click on the gear for options/settings in the menu, and I get greeted with this:
nothing to do but click the x and go back
happens in main adventure, main menu area, and in slime time
notably, this makes it impossible to change save files to get the secret saw achievement THAT way
