Update: reloading the save seemed to fix it.

A save game reload fixed it on this occasion… wow

We currently see no problem with the bridge. But we will keep it in mind!

It happened on a first play-through, as you see from the video. The repair truck is tasked and the guy is standing there but nothing gets repaired. Seems to be intermittent
