A anti movement character that scales off of the amount of gold they have be it physical or magic power, or armor just a suggestion. The passive should be named, "fist full'o diamonds." They scale off of a combination of gold they have on hand and value/number of items they have. The character design is a large burley and impeccably well dressed aristocrat with a pot of gold and gemstones for a head. The character itself has an ability that freezes the cool down off all mobility ability of all kinds for a set amount of time, maybe 2 seconds?(just a random number, balancing will need to be worked out) As for the rest of the abilities that's up to you, I just think the game needs a hard counter for characters like Yuri, who in my opinion, don't really have any hard counters. And naturally a character that can deny mobility to other characters should have none to themselves. Maybe the character should be a tank, or maybe a zoning mage like howi.

Jokes aside I do think it could be a funny and unique character though I know it be difficult to balance but I think it'd be worth a effort from the devs
