After playing him a bit, .5 seconds is fine. Though tbh it just brings him in line with what he was, but slightly worse. I wish there was some sort of thing that made this feel like a rework instead of just a nerf. Like a just frame for using q on the right timing. The damage of the move is already good, so maybe it could be like cdr or mna refund or something? Idk, i only started posting here because Howitzer was ruined. Glad that hes back to being feeling satisfactory to play.

Yeah his rocket damage buffs actually does make the rockets feel more rewarding to land considering how stupidly awkward it is to use now. I still think they should remove the charging mechanic entirely it was a really bad idea. I think they did it cause they wanted to "touch" every character in some way in 1.12, even though I feel like some characters, like howi, were fine before that update
Well yea obviously, but .5 charge with the damage buffs is a fine middle ground

Hovering is ok , damage loading sucks. Timer refreshes and you can throw a clutch missile just in time before enemy cuts around the corner so you have to yhrow a half ass damage missile.
I also hate the mine visual which should be same as Maco's stun to see mid air visual. Made a separate post for it.
i don't know man - because you can move while loading the missile - theres a tiny skill ceiling improvement with timing and what not - i think its good
half ass dmg missile still does good damage for the range you pull it off
and you really dont have to charge it very long to deliver full damage

From playing him again the timing is much more manageable then what they originally said
yeah and hes getting a buff in the new patch - which i dont think was necessary
