Gideon is extremely oppressive in his current state, but nerfing his passive wasnt the right way to go about it, it makes his mana build, which is the most fun build he has, astronomically worse than before, and it wasnt even hard meta before
I propose to revert his passive back to 1% mana for every 10 power, while removing the root from his passive, lowering his scalings and base damage a little bit more, and allowing enemies to use his portal again.
He's currently the safest mage in the game by a long shot, that shouldn't also come with a hard cc

heres what someone else suggested which is very close to this but balances out his other aspects and brings in some team play elements.
- ya only mana % passive like you said
- remove the root
- let people follow him through teleports again and let his teamates also traverse it.
Omeda powercreepin the game and not gunna give my boy his superjump back. Shameful honestly
I think the kit itself is fine. No rework is needed.
Though I can agree he is strong right now. The only thing they should touch is the numbers imo.
