#Midlane pillars, grass, and character invisibility

I have some mixed emotions about the pillars and grass in Midlane.

On one hand, I think they are great for defensive plays. To disengage and create space.

But for characters like Wraith and Neon with a built in invisibility, it can also be oppressive on engagements. Using the pillars to break line of sight and invisibility to slide into the grass unseen. Even if you ward, Neon and Wraith also benefit from added mobility when they are invisible to engage quickly.

As a Wraith main, I found it very easy to navigate and weave in and out of the pillars to poke and harass my opponent. And the thought crossed my mind as to where it was an NPE.

Maybe if the pillar or grass were set out a little wider, it could at least give people a way to space themselves from characters with that built in invisibility.

I don't know if it's just me but that kind of reminds me of legacy with the stairs going up into mid.

I was a bit concerned with the stairs and how easy it would be to have vision of the area by placing a ward in the corner, but I then spotted the small paths next to each turret leading towards mid lane. Still, I wonder if the lane's length will feel short. Excited to try V3 and how it will feel to gank mid lane.

Similarly, I'll keep an eye out on offlane. Most of the time, it feels like trying to break in at Alcatraz. Also, I would like to know what the feedback and feelings surrounding blue plants is like after this playtest.

I would love to play more, but we have server issues currently and I'm unable to log in.

Perpetual loading screens. "Wait" on play modes disabling the ability to select a mode or start a queue. Game modes being shown with a lock on screen as well.

This is looking good. I see more paths leading to offlane. Harder to cover every angle by standing atop or placing one ward. Is the cliff still as high as in V2?

Those offlane changes look great too!

I know there is a chance that what you shared may change when v3 goes live but I very much appreciate the peek under the hood.
