Thats a pretty Game Breaking bug for a Jungler. Since the last Patch (couple of minutes ago) you Cannot Select the sentry item after some minutes ingame anymore. When you Click on it it shortly is equipped then it switches back to wards again. You can Equip it in the beginning weirdly enough but after a couple minutes you cant anymore and if you have it alfready equipped it just switches to ward.
Playing on PS5. Bug is Independent from Hero. Two Games in a row now
restarted the Game btw in between Those two Matches. I’m sure I’m Not the only one who has this bug

Toggle on either auto buy or auto crest at the start of the game then turn it off
