Morigesh is currently completely unbalanced in the offlane. Due to her constant, almost unavoidable damage and strong poke, most traditional offlaners barely stand a realistic chance of playing the lane fairly. Even with good positioning and defensive play, you are constantly pressured and slowly chipped down.
Her kit allows her to win trades without taking significant risks. This creates very one-sided matchups where many offlane characters don’t even have the slightest chance to contest the lane or stay on equal footing. In her current state, Morigesh feels overtuned in the offlane and clearly needs adjustments.

She's just overtuned in general, not just in solo. She's oppressive in mid as well. Her passive ability is the biggest problem, followed by the amount of sustain she has now. There's absolutely no reason why she should be able to refresh the DOT duration by basic attacking (which is based on your max health btw so RIP health based builds). Also the Q is insanely busted. Gives a movement speed buff, lifesteal, damage reduction, AND has higher scaling than the majority of midlaner abilities.
