Entered match and got stuck in the loading screen for a long time. My buddy spawned under the map. We both restarted and got this screen and cannot surrender or load into game by reopening. Nice map and all but stuck and no way to exit the match.

im told this will only happen once to a user and never again, but as for the cause we are still looking into it
