short question! What is the pull size and source direction from Rift Walkers? Is it only from the front, all sides, only after the dash, also from before?
I have this moment that threw my last game, where I was "a little bit confused" I'd say 😄
I know Steel has cc immunity with his dash here, but I really didn't see the Feng not getting pulled... his spellshield wasn't up or used

So in this scenario, you're correct Steel likely has the CC immunity from the Augment
As for Feng Mao, I think you were just a little out of range 
How Rifties works:
- Dash
- Once you land, or finish the full dash, the pull targeting immediately occurs
- Pull in all Enemy Heroes within a 550u Spherical Radius around you (this is the same size as Fireblossom's burning aura so you can buy that in Practice to visualize the radius easier 👍 ).
TLDR: Looks like you dashed slightly too far out of range to get the pull in this scenario, doesn't look like a bug to me 🙏 @mild quiver
