There should be a harsher penalty for people who dodge in draft and people who dont accept queue. Waiting 8 minutes for a draft for it to be disbanded and then two times in a row after have the queue not be accepted is miserable. It honestly makes me want to stop playing. This needs to be changed and I dont think its talked about enough. I have a friend who I play with who doesn't play as much because of this exact reason.
