first off : in offlane you giga counter build if you wanna win all matchups, heroes like countess or mourn force you to buy tainted blade first for example
id buy items like :
mutilator, tainted blade, augmentation,salvation, absolution(if magical enemy with CC) or gaia greaves (phys enemy)
