Reproduction:
No specific trigger has been identified. I have had this happen when queued into every role and with many different heroes. I have seen this bug in both Ranked and Quick Play matches. I have not played other modes to confirm if it appears there as well.
Expected vs. Actual Behavior:
My initial thought was that the item UI was bugged but the items system seems to be bugged as well. I cannot interact with any items once they are in my inventory. I can only buy items and Undo purchases. No timers are visible, no cooldowns are visible, no stacks are visible. All while this bug seems to be active. I should note it seems to only occur during matches. The item UI in menus works as expected.
Game Version and System:
I am running this game on a Lenovo yoga c940-15irh at lowest graphics settings. I play from the Steam platform. The game is up to date, updated to match the current patch (v1.6.2).
Further Information:
This bug was present on the 1.6 patch. I am not aware that it was present before then. Of the games I played right before the 1.6 patch I do not remember experiencing the bug.
I play with a friend who plays on Epic Games and since the 1.6 release he has NOT seen this bug a single time.
