The role swap and position swap both have the word swap in their name and not a clear UI icon when in the process of what is being asked. It is easy in the heat of the moment to accidentally accept a swap for thinking it is position but really role.
Please rename them to be more unique like Exchange Roles and Position Swap and change icons to be very distinct.

To be consistent with Exchange roles, the position swap text should be Swap positions.
This way the actionable verb is the first word for both cases. It reads better too.

"Position swap" could also just be renamed "Order swap" so that it's clearer that it's talking about hero pick order
