Blink visual glitch

So today i experienced a bug in my game where there was a “blink portal” indicator idk how to call it just present on the map.
It wasn’t mine since my blink is on instant.
I checked the replay to check if its there aswel but in the replay it doesn’t exist.
I don’t know how to replicate it i play on steam (DirectX 12) version if that matters

When you change graphic settings ingame those bugs happen

So if you dont touch Video settings this wont happen
