People are always trolling games. They’re always feeding and raging/screaming at their own teammates. Some of these people clearly do not belong in ranked game mode and if it truly is for everyone and it’s not reserved for the BEST then there is absolutely no point in having it in the game. There are people who are better than you, there are people who are better than me. Ranked is supposed to be a grind. Noobs should not be in Gold Rank. Worry less about your teamates and more about your own play good players will always win more then lose and climb. This is just how it works.
Worry about how you can play better where you can carry the match and you will win more games. Everyone deals with bad players

It’s the incredible bad ranking system and mmr distribution of this game in general. People are obviously not always matched with worse people but the skill gap in EVERY SINGLE GAME is way to high between the participants. And that goes on through all ranks. There is no match atm anymore that feels like somewhat of an exciting game because the teams skills are matched. It’s always pretty clear in one or the other direction. If not that’s really an exception. That makes ranked completely unnecessary. Ranked should be exactly what was mentioned here. Once you get better and learn more skills you should rank up. It should be a grind. That is definitely not the fact with pred. At least not as solo q. The skill of people in the same rank is way too mixed and the average skill increase over the ranks is just way too incoherent. It’s just a bad ranking system. That’s all. This is based on the combination that they use a completely useless hidden mmr and identifying skill or potential solely by the winrate. Of course it gets random then.
Increasing the lvl cap will do nothing to fix that. They have to rework the entire ranking system so the game makes somewhat fun for competitive people.
At this moment you can only play to have fun with the game or train or what ever but if you’re solo q you cannot play with the mindset of winning because it’s mostly out of your hand.
And before people here as always come running and saying „sKiLl iSsUe“ no it’s not. I have played with multiple accounts due to playing this game with multiple people with different skillsets and also solo q so I have played through a lot of different ranks and it’s just a fact that the rank distribution is just incoherent unlike other ranked games.
Obviously a bronze I worse than a paragon but in those ranks in between from silver, gold, plat and dia it’s just a complete mess.

But ranked is not broken, the pop size is just simply small for it to be brilliant. It will never be perfect, but if people can climb, so can everyone

I don’t think any of you read what I said BECAUSE I have stated that I win a couple matches once I reach Gold, but then an influx of bad players on my team happens. I get booted down to silver, because of my teammates costing us the match, and then the competent silver players work together with me to achieve gold rank again. This is not a skill issue, it is a repetitive and predictable system issue. I can tell you right now that I’m going to play 2-3 ranked matches but then I will start getting horrendous teammates who clearly do not want to win in any way. This is predictable, therefor it is a system issue for sure. Stop putting these people in my groups. You can put certain skilled players together and one side still lose. Keep people who suck out of ranked because ranked is intended for the strongest, most intelligent of players. Weak, unintelligent people should not be in ranked. That is the Skill Issue here

You are missing a very important point though, luck evens out over time. Its not like those bad players are always in your team. I totally agree MM is brutal sometimes but given enough matches the luck factor gets irrelevant. Does that make the matches fun? No. Does it mean you cant uprank? Definatly also no.
