In Dota 2, each hero had an unique tree of passives that you could purchase with gold to upgrade passives one by one. I think Predecessor could do that to make a lot more variety builds. What do y'all think?

In Battlerite you could put „runes“ in some of your abilities to change them.
Remove a stun from an ability and upgrade damage instead. or lower the damage and get some heal.
was really nice, because you could counter your enemies a little bit
