So it’s matchup dependent

If ur against a bruiser or someone squishy go basilisk Bonesaw but if ur against someone with beef that scales id go sky splitter basilisk Bonesaw

#

Then just bruiser items

Bruiser like this guy said, but I’d also look to maximize your Lifesteal with Omnivamp in somehow given her weak stature.
Gives you some sustain if you really can navigate the battle without going much Armor

Typical offlaners have some kind of CC and sustain like lifesteal or shields. Basilisk and Bonesaw are great recommendations you can also build some carry items like atk speed and lifesteal or on hit. If you build armor your going to nerf yourself because the team will most likely burn you quickly i think Terminus would be good for trades and definitely Omnivamp would be a good staple. Youre not going to be beefier than them so focus more on sustainability and utility. Your DPS and health manipulation damage like Skysplitter and Basilisk also Tainted Dagger will help you get the upper hand when boxing your kit will be the most important thing laning dont dump abilities on the wave farm up and last hit as normal watch for the wave trades because theyll try to engage with an ability and you know its coming when the second cast queues up. Counter this by using your aoe and then use your leap to get out. You can throw in some autos to trade before leaving but dont get greedy. Your damage scales high as well so stay confident but not too confident in trades lol.

Ive seen assassin/carry builds with some bruiser items be underestimated.

I think the Key items to Offlane is Bone Saw, Basilisk and Earth Shaker.
If you’re more assasin oriented, you’d go Malady for clear and maximise the Pen further
