It’d be easier to list the junglers that aren’t good for new jg to play:
Kallari
digital solstice
Rik is a good tanky jungler if you can land hooks
Ramp can become unkillable if fed and good at rock throws
Kallari can shred but has a steep learning curve
Feng has scary multi kill potential but play around the dash carefully
Zarus and khai are nice consistent choices

countess is extremely fun to punish 2/3adc comps

It depends some have weak early play while others are can plateau. Picking a jungler should go off 2 things, team comp and your playstyle. Understanding which ones are squishy and which ones are bruisers and how you usually play should help narrow it down.
