It could work but you can switch most of those Items out with other Magic Power items. Everbloom doesn't help too much since your healing isn't as consistent. Same goes for Windcaller. Lunaria gets great use from Zinx. Crystal Tear is decent but you can forgo it for mage items. Marshall is a solid first item for mana and quick early damage for your lane. Tainted Totem can be replaced by Tainted Scepter for greater effect.
Personally I recommend Astral Catalyst for ultimate uptime, Golems Gift if you wish to last a little longer, same with Spellbreaker to avoid 1 ability and magic armor, Combustion/Megacosm/Noxia for extra damage, Oathkeeper is a nice addition for longer team fights, and Timewarp is great for lowering CDs and mana gain (can replace Marshall for first item).

I think you want windcaller way earlier in the build. Also galaxy greaves makes her uncatchable pretty much.

Also, you should almost always max Bad Medicine (circle dmg on ground) first and Infuse (the heal) second.

If you max infuse then you are constantly out of mana early game (goes from 80 mana rank 1 to 120 mana by rank 5).

Plus bad medicine does really good dmg if you max it and only cost 60 mana at every rank.

That build hasn't been updated since the start of 1.0, try this instead:

Crest: Tranquility, Silentium, or Reclamation
Item 1: Marshall or Crescelia (Crescelia only if your carry is wraith or revenant, they don't benefit from attack speed)
Item 2: Windcaller
Item 3: Galaxy Greaves
Item 4: Lunaria
Item 5: Dynamo
Item 6: Spellbreaker or Tainted Scepter (Situational, Tainted if enemy comp has alot of healing)
Skill prioritization: Regenesis (Ultimate) < Bad Medicine < Triage Protocol < Ricochet

This build is all about being a SUPPORT, if you wanna get fancy and have some damage in your build the only item I would replace is galaxy greaves with prophecy.
