I think certain ults should not allow blinking out due to them being a wall such as Zarus ult it is a physical wall you can walk through if you cant blink through other walls why can you blink through that wall

I think you should be able to blink through certain walls. You literally phase out for a split second and you come out the other side. I’m sure there are plenty of arguments this would be too good tho.

or maybe make it a longer timer its like everytime i ult they somehow have blink again and makes it useless

Yeah zarus is already very strong. You'd need to make his ultimate cooldown much longer if you didn't have blinks
