SO i was playing steel as support in the last patch, but now it seems like carrys scale faster then before so is there any good builds for steel suport or should i take him to the offlane?

Not sure about builds but steel still feels like one of the best supports
That barrier is just such a good engagement in 2v2 ads duels

tanks overall are struggling a little, but steel is still strong
a good build for steel imo is
fireblossom
tainted bastion/guard (depending on majority of damage)
tainted bastion/guard
flux matrix
then 2 armor items
others may have different items and builds they like but this feels quite good to me

I didn’t try a similar build but lately I’ve been building him:
Fireblossom
Dawn star
Double Tainted
Flux Matrix
Dynomo
And if the game lasts long for people got get full builds I opt to go with selling Dynamo and Dawnstar for cards like Earthshaker and Bonesaw for more dps since it becomes harder to tank after the 30 minute mark.
