I just came from lol and I have a question when playing adc after the lanning phase should I shove the wave until it’s after the halfway point of the lane and then rotate to mid to be safe and get picked off ?

Yes you want your lane to be shoved as far as possible without overstaying
i would suggest waiting until the lanes clash then clearing it as fast as possible, then rotating to help your team

So rotate mid cause it’s usually the safest option for also should I take jungle camps on the way or no?

i would suggest rotating mid if gold buff is down. taking jungle camps is also good if your jungler has their hunt upgrade. you just always want to be doing something

Got it and same thing for later in the game if there are no objectives no?

late game you want to be grouped up with your team as much as possible
if youre the carry and youre alone in lane you will get 5 man hate crimed and die which would mean your team loses objectives or towers etc

What if there are no objectives and there minions that are pushed to my tower ?

Should either I or mid lanner go for it also I imagine mid Laners usually stay at mid and only go to side lanes if the waves r not being picked up by the adc for some reason

You definitely want to defend towers. Your support should be with you modt of the time, and if u stay under tower you should be quite safe, but you can be tower dived, so be careful of that, and if the tower is about to be destroyed, just run away
