I got back into pred and I thought maybe it'd go better since I played mobas quite more frequently than I did last I played. Suffice to say I feel more ignorant/infuriated than ever and thats even after being familiarized with preds fundamentals. Often it feels like teammates don't care about wave states nor csing, often prioritizing grouping and fighting then farming in their respective lanes. Then I realized It might because Im looking at the game through a league perspective maybe ignorant to core dynamics that differ in Pred. Can anyone offer any insight to what pred differs and often people neglect?

I guess itd be easier to list some examples I noticed. Towers having significantly lesser hp means it seems more worth to push it with a teammate to shred it earlier than you could in other games.
Edit: another one is the risk reward for ganks seems less punishing in pred due to map size. Im often so confused as to why a jungler would remain in a lane which I think that might be why. It doesn't take long to get to his buffs really.

Yeah a lot of people do just play pred like a tdm. It's not the best way to play in any way, but people do it anyway. Trying to get your team to do objectives can sometimes feel impossible. Things that have worked for me is split pushing if the enemy laner keeps leaving lane, or just trying to force my team to take objectives by starting it with my team nearby so they're forced to come and help. Sometimes this doesn't work lol and sometimes you do have to give in and run it up mid with them though. Before 8 mins towers take reduced damage so pushing it super early isn't very valuable.

And an active enemy jungler can be punished, by just farming while they gank or invading their jungle. You might have quire a low internal mmr, so you might be being matched with players who aren't as good at the game, but I dont know for certain
