Screen rotating while walking

I have noticed in YT videos that PC players are able to rotate their screen and look behind them while walking forward simultaneously. Is there a feature for this on console? I am a ps4 player if that matters.

They just have a high dpi setting on there mouse, you’d have to get use to high sensitivity

That being said, i think we should just remove it if Console players cant use it. that sort of mechanic shouldnt really exist in a 3rd person moba

with how the game is set up... does it really matter? there's no backpedal penalty so the most it does is let you admire the front of your character skin
