Item order would probably be Megacosm first to give the turrets a little extra oomph early on and abuse the mega passive, with either wraith leggings or lifebinder as a second option depending on which ulti he has
Mega>Lifebinder>Dreambinder(I want to put elafrost here but its meh in comparison)>World Breaker, Truesilver (If he had his flame belch ulti)
With this build potentially nyr warboots could be nasty on him same as razorback(but razorback doodoo)
Elafrost would help him to get close and world breaker would stack very quickly, granted you could also run dreambinder instead of elafrost and it would be better overall but I really want elafrost to be useful lol. If you would need antiheal substitute Tainted Scepter for dreambinder or elafrost, it gives HP too so it will apply to truesilver and world breaker.Mega>Wraith leggings>magnify>prophecy>Spell breaker(for minigun ulti)
Wraith leggings is an obvious one here because you dont want people to get close and this would be extremely helpful for his easy zoning, magnify would allow you to make the turrets chunk more, and prophecy is so they cant just straight up ignore you and go straight for the turrets. Spell breaker just adds to if you can zone you get hella damage profit off of it.
I thought about maybe running infernum nex as two off items for him, but after testing how effective the DoT is with mori I dont think the dps is there at all because of obvious magical damage missing.
