Crest: Occult Crest into Tempest
Items: 1. Megacosm
2. World Breaker
3. Prophecy
4. Oathkeeper
5. Lifebinder or Tainted (depending on the situation)
Build is centered mostly around attack speed and ability haste but scales very well throughout the entire game.

not sure, ive played a couple of games now and can still outplay offlane most of my games, may check on the world breaker though as i know it got nerfed

Yeah, I would consider something else for World Breaker. It now keys off bonus HP, not max HP. So no more intrinsic value. You have to actually build some HP. You could move everything up by one, and have a flex pick for Tainted Sceptre or Oblivion Crown at the end.

Or earlier if you are in need of more tainted.

Ive completely changed the build to what i feel is much better.
